Ordering
Choose the products
you wish to purchase and send your list by email or fill in the Order Form.
If you need a quote
on a new or an existing product or do not understand the pricing
please fill in the Quote
Form.
Please be sure to include
all of your contact details and phone numbers so that we can
contact you.
Quite often clients
will need customised products in a hurry. If we need to make
a decision quickly we may have to phone you for troubleshooting.
Be sure to include a contact phone number. Thank You.
Please remember, customised
and personalised products are made to order for your company
or you and the total amount of your order must be paid with the
order by Direct Debit, cheque or money order made out to Openallday
Pty. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed or negotiated.
Payment
Regrettably,
but in order to keep prices down,
we do not
give credit or accept credit cards.
We only accept payment by cheque or money order made out to
Openallday Pty. Ltd or by direct debit with order.
TERMS
Our Terms are strictly PAYMENT With Order by direct debit unless otherwise
agreed but final payment is always due prior to dispatch of completed
order.
A Pro Forma Invoice, which clearly states 'Payment With Order' will be forwarded to you, complete with our Banking Details upon receipt of your order or upon request.
By placing an order
with us you automatically enter a contractual agreement to our
terms and conditions of sale. Our terms may be varied by negotiation
so, please keep all emails until the transaction is completed
with the delivery of your order.

PRICES
All prices on gems and minerals are in
$US unless
otherwise quoted.
All other products are in $A.
All prices are plus P &
H
insurance is
optional. You must tell us if you want insurance.
Postage &
handling (P & H) is extra. We will quote at time of order.

Products
All products are sold
in good faith. We offer a money back guarantee on all generic
products provided they are not as ordered.
We take all care in
the manufacture of our products and ensure that they are free
from defects prior to dispatch.
Any refunds will be
less postage and handling charges.
INSURANCE
Please advise if insurance
is required. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage
in transit. We advise you to take out insurance\, especially on high value items.
CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
are MADE to ORDER
Please allow
21 working days from acceptance of final artwork
for delivery for Customised Products!

supplied by us is our © Copyright
We do not give refunds, or exchange, on customised products. Be sure to be precise when
ordering customised products as we will not accept responsibility
for these product after dispatch. We will provide finished artwork
for your approval prior to commencing manufacture.
RETURNS
If you have
been sent a faulty product you must notify us immediately and
return the product within 7 days for exchange.
