plastic. The sets include 4 posts per base which is easily adhered
using general purpose thinners or acetone. Once adhered the posts
are 'welded' to the stand and cannot be removed. The advantage
of this method is that the posts may be positioned anywhere on
the base to suit a host of shapes and sizes.

These new gem and mineral
display stands are made in black, white and clear plastic. The
sets include 3 posts per base which are easily adhered using
general purpose thinners or acetone. Once adhered, the posts
are 'welded' to the stand and cannot be removed.
The advantage of separate
posts is that the posts may be positioned anywhere on the base
to suit a host of shapes and sizes of gems, minerals, crystals,
fossils, meteorites, eggs, spheres or other artifacts. Our unique display stands allow you to place the
posts in a variety of positions on the base to suit your piece.
Pour a small amount of acetone or paint
thinner onto a small price os tissue paper in the base of a flat
bottom metal or ceramic container. Ensure that the tissue is
always wet. Dip the base of the post onto the wet tissue and
carefully place the post into the first position on the display
base. Tak care bot to move the post because the solvent will
attack the polished surface. Hold the post in position for a
few seconds with pressure and release. Continue until all the
posts are positioned where you want them.
You can build your own display and even
mount one stand on another to raise the level of a back row in
your cabinet. Your display will only be limited by your imagination.
