Carrollite is a rare copper/cobalt sulphide mineral
occuring in hydrothermal vein deposits,
associated with tetrahedrite, chalcopyrite,
bornite, chalcocite, pyrrhotite, pyrite,
sphalerite, millerite and cobaltoan calcite.

The crystal has mirror faces. It shows distinct twinning and is a well formed specimen with minimal damage and displays very well. The crystal faces also show striations.
